Refugee & Immigrant Transitions (RIT) partners with refugee and immigrant families to ensure they thrive in the U.S. Our nonprofit began in 1982 as the Refugee Women's Program and became an independent agency in 1990. We provide Education, Family Engagement and Community Leadership programs to 2,000 refugees and immigrants in the Bay Area.
